Labor Cost & Shop Rate

At PAF – Perfect-It Auto Finishes, we believe in transparency. Our current labor rate is $150.00 per hour plus materials. Each project is unique, and time can vary depending on condition, materials, and the level of customization required.

Mechanical & Diagnostic programming labor

  • We don’t provide written quotes or email estimates.

  • Each job begins with an in-person consultation to evaluate your vehicle and discuss goals.

  • After review, we’ll provide a general estimate range for planning purposes.

Custom Paint & Bodywork

Panel repair, Paint correction, refinishing. 

Welding & Fabrication

MIG, TIG, Plasma cutting, Metal work.

General Shop Labor

Mechanical, Electrical, Disassembly & Assembly, Repairs, Installations

Billing Structure

Labor is tracked by actual time spent.  Parts & Materials (paint, primers, abrasives, etc.)  are billed separately. Deposits may be required for large projects or specialty orders.

Every project includes progress photos and updates, so you always know exactly what’s being done and how your investment is spent.
